The Photographer

Calypso asked lifelong friend Charlotte Anderson to photograph the Hello Sailor 2010 Calendar, an offer which she couldn't refuse. The thing that really attracted Charlotte to the project was that there weren't any creative boundaries and she was free to really explore the 50's pinup sailor girl concept Calypso had chosen as a theme for the Calendar. It turned out to be more fun than she anticipated.

Charlotte Anderson, originally from New Zealand has been working in London as a professional photographer since 2002. Her commissions have varied greatly from Corporate PR work to Travel but she takes particular interest in exploring Fine Art and Portraiture. Charlotte's next project will take her to India to shoot charities in action so that the important work that being carried out can be promoted more widely, both in the UK and internationally.
